Return & Refund Policy

At Veggies home we strive to provide our customers with the most fresh and highest quality vegetable. We have a hassle-free return and refund policy for any products that are damaged, defective, or not as described. Please read the following policy to understand the process of returning products and receiving refunds.

Returning Products:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact our customer support team within 1 hour of receiving the product. We may require photographic evidence of any damage or damage to be eligible for returns. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in line with this policy.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned product and confirm the eligibility of the return, we will initiate a refund for the product cost to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that we may not refund any delivery fees or convenience fees that were charged for the delivery service.

Cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:
Under certain circumstances, a fee may be levied for cancelling an order. If the customer cancels the order on time, i.e. 12 hours before delivery, no fee will be levied. However, if packing or preparation of the order has already begun, a cancellation charge of 10% to 20% of the total amount may be levied. And if the delivery vehicle has already left with the order, then in that case the cancellation will not be valid and the customer will be required to make the full payment.

Order cancellation deadline:
Customers can book their order between 4 pm and 8 pm. Deliveries are made between 8 am and 2 pm.
Orders can be cancelled 12 hours before delivery, i.e. on the day of delivery.
Cancellations made after 8 am on the day of delivery will not be accepted.

Repeated cancellations
If a customer repeatedly cancels an order, then:
The customer will be required to make full payment in advance for future orders.
If the customer repeatedly cancels, he may also be removed from the service.

Special Circumstances
Special circumstances such as bad weather, supply disruptions or traffic/accidents may cause the order to be cancelled or rescheduled, and the customer will be informed in advance and refund (if any) will be processed promptly

Changes to Policy:

We reserve the right to update this Return & Refund policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to this policy on our app. Continued use of our app after any modifications to the policy shall constitute acceptance of such modifications.
